Welcome to Flingamo Designs. I love being able to give beautiful, high-quality gifts to the people I love. I make all of my items by hand with this in mind. Each item receives nothing but attention and care from start to finish. By custom making the majority of gift items, it ensures that the gift will be just as unique as the recepient.
Payment
Payment is expected in full at time of order. I will begin creating your custom order once payment has cleared.
Shipping
All items are wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a ribbon. Paper Receipts are available on request and will be included with items. If the item is a gift being shipped to the recepient, I will include a hand-written note upon request.
I ship via USPS first class mail most of the time. Insurance and expedited shipping are available for additional fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you are thrilled with your purchase. Please read descriptions carefully and contact me with an concerns or questions before ordering. Since each item is hand made, there may be slight variations from the pictures. If you have concerns with something you ordered, please contact me so I can help you as best I can.
Please note that I can not accept returns on custom made/ personalized items. Please contact me for concerns about all other items and know that the buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees involving exchanges and returns.
Because items are custom made, I can not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. I am more than happy to insure the package at a higher shipping rate.
